Established twenty years ago, the AJ Tensile group of companies (www.AJTensile.co.uk) is a well respected fabricator and installer of fabric structures, including double membrane gasholders which handle the storage and distribution of biogas generated by the anaerobic decomposition of organic waste and which are an increasingly important contributor to environmental protection by utilising renewable energies.
The business is now looking for two part-time bookkeepers/ administrators, one for each of its manufacturing and biogas operations respectively, though it will be expected that each will be able to cover for the other on an ad-hoc basis.
Each role will involve raising customer invoices and collecting monies due, processing and paying supplier invoices, payroll administration, and associated duties. There will also be a degree of customer relationship management and sales administration, most particularly in the biogas operation. Hours of work are likely to be four hours per day, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times to suit the successful candidate.
